What to expect: Variety of life you have never experienced in for form of battling ropes, Tabata drills, hand weights, body bars, stability balls, speed sacs, and more. This is a high energy 45 minute workout to get you home and ready for the day within the hour. Christ-centered, accountability, and fitness evaluations.
