IT’S AN AVERAGE OF WALKING OR RUNNING 10 - 11 MILES A WEEK FOR 10 MONTHS!
~ Register before February 14th to take part in this challenge.
~ Miles can be done via road work, treadmill, stairmasters, elipticals, etc.
~ All miles must be completed by January 1st, 2015 to get Challenger Shirt
~ Must be able to record miles walked or run by sport watch, Fitbit, Smart Phone App. (Endomondo, My Fitness Pal, Runkeeper, etc), journaled and signed by a Fitness Instructor (even at Judson Baptist) that can verify mileage done. If using a sport watch that is not connected to an online program to track your information…validation that your watch has been reset to “0″ before Feb. 14th.
~ Must turn in your miles monthly, beginning March 1st. E-mail information to Jenny.email@example.com .
~ All competitors completing challenge will receive a t-shirt.
~ First competitor to complete the 430 Mile Challenge with correct verification of miles walked/run will win a Fitbit.
~ Open to ages 12 yrs. and up.
